IoTaaP Magnolia Hardware
IoTaaP Magnolia hardware module and any other hardware modules available here under IoTaaP, MVT or any other brand owned by MVT Solutions is NOT open-hardware and it cannot be copied, redistributed or remixed without previous explicit approval from the MVT Company.
This license notice does not apply to any other addon for IoTaaP Magnolia modules (e.g. CAN shield, OLED, etc.) produced by 3rd party. If you are interested in cooperation with us, please contact us.
IoTaaP Firmware is referred to embedded firmware/libraries. IoTaaP Firmware is open-source and the source code can be found here.
IoTaaP Firmware is licensed under a GNU General Public License. The license can be found here.
This means that you can use IoTaaP Firmware for private and commercial use, redistribute it, remix it, but you must include the same GNU GPL license as well as the attribution to IoTaaP (https://www.iotaap.io). Also, all files and changes must be open-source and public.
IoTaaP Cloud is the complete set of the scripts, cloud (servers, infrastructure) and other microservices, data processors and other software and hardware solutions.
Any use, redistribution, remix, copying, and similar act is strictly forbidden. IoTaaP Cloud can be used for private and commercial products, prototypes, DIY projects and similar and this license can be obtained directly from MVT Solutions company or its authorized partners. IoTaaP Cloud uses the subscription model and more info can be found here.
We reserve the right to make changes to any product/service license if we consider that this is necessary for legal reasons or in order to comply with changes to our services. In that case, we will post changes on our website and / or notify you by e-mail.
After we change our License, it becomes effective immediately after it is published.
If you do not agree with these changes, we will have to ask you to stop using our services. Feel free to contact us in case of any additional questions.
